is one of the best edible mushrooms and has a
distinctive spicy/piney aroma. Traditional with
rice or in soup, but great with almost any dish
or grilled.
Natural mushrooms
are harvested from the wild for a limited time
each year. A limited quantity of mushrooms are
slow dried to perfection which preserves and
enhances the flavors and
aromas.
